Production Introduction

 

 

Stainless steel body hot press used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament

 

synthetic belting. Long life time and fast splicing.

 

1. Stainless steel body and heating platen

 

2. Used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting

 

3. Double air bags (pressure bags)

5. Laser silica gel hot platen

 

6. Light weight: Easy to use and assemble

 

7. Rapid Cooling system within platens

 

8. Heating to 180°C,about 15~20 mins;180°C cooling down to 60°C about 3~5mins (accords to different

 

    size press), temperature error(on 650mm Up and bottom hot plate )is less than 3°C.

 

9. Air pressure: 0~0.3 mpa

 

10. Reliable and automatic Temperature Control Panel with time control.
