Production Application

 

Rubber Belt Vulcanizing Presses are mainly used to vulcanizing and repairing all kinds of conveyor belts.

 

The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine can be applied to the NN, EP, CC, and steel cord.

 

This portable vulcanizing press with the full-automatic digital temperature control system, adjustable 0 to

 

199 celcius degree, easy to operate. Water pressure system is supplied, with features of uniform

 

vulcanizing pressure, ranging from 0-2 Mpa. Another important feature is the rapid water cooling system

 

enables users to dismantle the vulcanizers within 5-10 mintures.

9. Temperature adjustment range: 0~200°c;

 

10. Vulcanizing pressure: 0.8~1.2MPa;

 

11. Time of heat preservation: Usually 30mins;
