Production Application

 

Our rubber belt vulcanizer and splicing tools are mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing for

 

conveyor belting such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement,

 

chemical industry ,tobacco ,and food automatic line field.

 

 

Technical Parameters

 

1. Model: CZ-CMX/DM HE1W13456;

 

2. Suitable for belt type: Common rubber conveyor belt and steel cord conveyor belt

 

3. Belt Width: 1200mm/42-47 inches;

 

4. Voltage: 220V 380V 415V 660V 50HZ(Other voltages are also available);

 

5. Temperature adjustment range: 0~200°c;

 

6. Temperature raise (from normal temperature to 145) : no more than 25 minutes;

 

7. The temperature difference of heating plate working surface: ±2°c;

 

8. Time of heat preservation: Usually 30mins;

 

9. Water cooling time:15 minutes (from 145 degrees down to 70 degrees or less);

 

10. Vulcanizing pressure: 0.8~1.8 MPa;

 

11. Degree of heating plate: 20°(rectangle other bias angle is also available)
